We will focus on each of our relationships as an opportunity for growth.

In this book by Debbie Ford we will look at our shadow aspects and the gifts they bring.

PRESENTER:  Harriet Porter, LCSW--Harriet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a private practice in Northbrook.  She is also the co-director of Transformations:  Institute for Psychological and Spiritual Development. 

We offer sessions in Holistic Psychotherapy. We help you integrate mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to assist you in connecting with your own inner wisdom. We work with those facing 1. physical challenges, 2. emotional concerns, (i.e., depression and anxiety) and 3. those facing a spiritual challenge in finding meaning in life or in their relationships.

We work in partnership with you to help you realize and actualize your potential so that you can become aware of your authentic self and purpose.  We also work with couples and families with problems with communication and conflict resolution.
